The Founding Manager badge
Every manager who's in a Floor League league before Season 1 kicks off (Monday, November 23, 00:00 UTC) earns the Season 1 · Founding Manager badge: a soulbound NFT on Base that stays with you and can't be sold, sent or listed. It's free, one per account, and only for adults 18 and over, like the league. Test bots never earn it.
- Make your team and join a league (a public league, your own, or one you're invited to) before the kickoff. That's it: the badge is yours, even if you leave the league later.
- Find the Founding Manager card under your team on the Floor League home, or on My Team in your league.
- Once the badge collection is live, the card says You've earned it. If your account has more than one wallet, tap the one it should go to, then tap Claim badge. You don't sign anything and pay nothing.
- The card then says it's on its way. FloorFeed sends claimed badges in batches, usually within a day. When it lands, the card shows Mint transaction ↗ and Badge contract on Basescan ↗ so you can check it yourself.
Tip: Claim badge only offers wallets proven to be yours (Settings → Your wallets); add one there if the card says you have none. One badge per account and per wallet: a wallet that already holds one can't take a second. Joining after the kickoff doesn't earn it.
On fantasy.floorfeed.io, the card is also on My badges (in the header next to My leagues, or your account menu → My badges). Once it's minted the badge shows there and on floorfeed.io under Portfolio → Soulbound.
If you issue the badge (the account that deployed the collection), the card has a You issue this badge part: the wallets that claimed and wait for a mint, Send now to gather them into a mint request at once instead of waiting about 10 minutes for the next batch, and Sign the mint: N badges to sign that request in the collection's own wallet right there, on Floor League. Your wallet pays Base's gas; nobody else can see the claims or sign.
Tip: Sign the mint isn't a second badge for you. If you claimed your own badge, your wallet waits in the same batch as everyone else's (marked (you)), and one signature sends them all. If signing asks for a 2-step passkey your password manager (Bitwarden, 1Password…) doesn't offer on fantasy.floorfeed.io, tap Sign on floorfeed.io ↗ under the button: it opens the same request on floorfeed.io, where that passkey works. Or add an authenticator app as a second 2-step method in Settings.
